Mark 1:35-45 “Not Alone”

It is in the silence and solitude of prayer that Jesus encounters the
Father. Then Jesus enters into the loneliness and isolation of a man
with leprosy, reaching across the divide to encounter him. In this
passage, we find that it is not in the crowds or culture that we find
community, but during times of deeper encounter in less crowded
places.
