Message: Mark 6:1-6 “Read the Room”

We are called to be disciples who make disciples. Discipleship begins with a sincere relationship, through which we can share the Gospel message. Embracing Jesus is always an invitation, never manipulation. But no matter how sincere you are, there will be some who do not receive the invitation and others who may not receive it best from you. Even Jesus had a difficult time sharing the Gospel in his own home town. He shared himself and he shared the message, then he trusted the Father with the lives of those he loved. Later, some of his family members would become believers, but others are not mentioned and we do not know what they chose. Like Jesus, we choose to love others and trust their journey to God.
