Message: Mark 8:22-38 “Eyes to See”

There is an overlap between Jesus’ healing of a blind man in stages and the stages it will take for the Disciples to see and understand who Jesus is. Just as the disciples grow in their understanding, so too our own faith and understanding are something that grow in stages. Though we may think we know and understand, it is only because ‘we don’t know what we don’t know.’ As we continue to receive God’s challenges to our assumptions, we slowly come to better understand Who He truly is to us.
