Mark 5:1-20 “Disordered”

After calming the storm on the Sea of Galilee, Jesus arrives on shore
in Gentile territory. Here, a man possessed by many demons comes out
to meet him. He says his name is “Legion” which is more of a number
than a name, and it’s a big number. This big number represents the
many ways this man’s life, mind, emotions, and spirit had become
‘Disordered.’ Jesus restores this man at all levels, representing what
he intends to do for all who want God’s healing work in their lives.
