2 Samuel 12:1-13 “David & Sin” 

David was a man after God’s own heart, but he was not a perfect man. Yet, we can learn from David even as it relates to being honest about our own bad behaviors. We can also learn something about the heart and nature of God through how He deals with David. Sin is never just an individual issue. Even our hidden sin has a larger impact than we’d like to think. Thankful, so does our acknowledgement of our faults and our seeking of transformation. Sin does not need to be the end of things. It can actually lead to new and better beginnings in our life with God, others, and even within ourselves. This is possible because of God’s offer of both forgiveness and renewal.
