Isaiah 52:7-10 “The Old Testament in 7even Sentences: Gospel”

“Gospel” means “Good News” and the Old Testament is full of it. There are essentially three horizons the prophets speak to concerning God’s Good News. The first horizon is what will happen in the time of the listeners. The second horizon is what comes with the coming of Jesus and the New Testament. The third horizon points to the future and ultimate reign of God and is something we still look forward to.
