Message: “Sarah: When Faith Laughs quietly”
Gen 18:9–15; Gen 21:1–7
In this message, we explore the natural human experience of doubt through the story of Sarah in Genesis, discovering how waiting and weariness can lead to protective hesitation rather than a loss of faith. Far from disqualifying us, our doubts are met with God’s patient grace, proving that His promises rest on His unchanging character rather than the perfection of our certainty. We then look to the communion table as the concrete proof of God’s ultimate commitment—remembering Christ’s first coming to secure our salvation and anticipating His return to bring the fullness of the Kingdom. Ultimately, this service invites us to bring our whole selves—questions and all—to a faithful God who anchor us in our fragility.
